Always enjoy going to Bruin Theater with family or friends. The popcorn is good, and prices are average for movies and concessions these days. The theater has reclining seats and is really comfortable. I recommend taking a coat or blanket. The theater can get cold in winter or summer.

I have emailed twice, called and left voicemail, sent Facebook message. NO response over a few weeks. I’m trying to bring my business to this company. Others may be experiencing this lack of response. Wonder how much theatre is missing out on because of this? Maybe leaving this review will help? I’m happy to remove if service improves.

Love love love the new theater!! The recliners are amazing and takes enjoying a movie to a whole different level. New concession is nice also. Avengers End Game was great and was my first time in newly renovated theater. The Ironman car was also in the parking lot for display. Just over $30k & you can call it yours

I like the Bruin Theater and go there very often. In fact I was there last night with my wife. I like the fact the prices are not crazy like they are in Jacksonville and Raleigh. The atmosphere is nice and they have really done a lot of work to the place. Highly recommend a blanket whenever you go to any movie theater as most everyone knows by now. They are still doing some repairs to the place but I appreciate having another movie option in New Bern. I highly recommend and frequently visit the Bruin Theater in New Bern on Neuse Blvd in New Bern.

Bruins Theater has a great establishment! They renovated the place very well.The movie had a very clear picture & sound,paired with fresh snacks & soft drinks.OveraIl it's a very nice place to enjoy a good movie,at the big screen,am sure your family will love it,as well as we did....

I'm surprisingly nice movie theater. The seats are very comfortable in the service at the refreshment stand was excellent. Theater very clean.

Went and saw Barbie yesterday and had an issue with my seat. The cashier I dealt with immediately got who I assumed to be the manager. She immediately and professionally fixed the issue. I was there with friends and there were no more seats of 4 together so she refunded my ticket. I already preferred this theatre and will definitely keep coming back due to how well they handle their customers.
